Independent payment consultancy, Nicosia
Pay less. Get paid more.
We read your processing statements, find the fees you should not be paying and the payments you should not be losing, then fix both. No provider pays us. You do.
Where your 1.9% actually goes.
Your provider shows you one blended rate. Underneath it are five different charges. Two are fixed by the card schemes. The other three are a negotiation nobody had on your behalf.
- Interchange0.30%Set by card schemes. Passed through.
- Scheme fees0.12%Set by Visa and Mastercard. Passed through.
- Acquirer margin0.95%Your provider's cut. Negotiable.
- Gateway0.25%Often bundled, often overpriced.
- Extras0.28%PCI, authorisation, refund and statement fees.
Illustrative example for a European business taking mostly card not present payments. Not a quote. Your numbers come from your statements.
What we do for you.
We do not sell processing, software or terminals. We advise, negotiate and oversee, so every recommendation is about what suits you.
Every line of your statement, explained.
We take three months of statements and break down every charge: interchange, scheme fees, margin, gateway and the small extras that add up. You get a plain list of what you pay and what you should pay.

Four steps. The first is free.
One call is normally enough to tell whether there is money to recover. If there is not, we say so.

A short call, then your statements. We come back with a number: what you pay, what you should pay, and the gap.

Quarterly statement checks, so rates do not quietly creep back up.
Before you call.
The questions people ask first.
Do you take commission from providers?
No. We are paid by you and only you. If a provider offered us a referral fee we would turn it down, and tell you they offered.
How long does a fee review take?
Usually five to ten working days from receiving your statements. Setups with several providers or currencies take a little longer.
What do you need from us?
Three months of processing statements, your current contract, and half an hour with whoever looks after payments.
What does it cost?
The first call is free. After that we quote a fixed fee for the review and a separate fixed fee for any negotiation or migration work. No surprises.
Will we have to switch providers?
Often not. Renegotiating with the provider you already have is often the better route. We only recommend moving when the numbers clearly justify it.
Send us a statement. We will tell you what we see.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know whether it is worth going further.
